At the core of our faith is the belief in one eternal God, existing in the perfect unity of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. God is the Creator and Sustainer of all life, and His nature and will are revealed to us through Scripture. The Bible is the inspired Word of God, serving as the final authority in understanding His will and His purposes for humanity.

God created humanity in His image, with the intention of living in a close, personal relationship with Him. However, through sin, humanity became separated from that relationship. In His immense love and mercy, God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to restore that relationship through His life, death, burial, and resurrection. This reconciliation is a free gift of grace, received by faith and expressed through repentance, confession, and baptism.

But God’s work in us does not end with salvation. He desires to transform us into the likeness of Jesus Christ so that our lives reflect His glory. This transformation is an ongoing journey, where we continually strive to live according to God’s will and to honor Him in all that we do.

The church, as the body of Christ on earth, exists to reach out to those separated from God and to encourage and strengthen those who have been reconciled to Him through Christ. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we are called to live in community and to work together to fulfill God’s mission in the world.

Ultimately, we look forward with hope to the return of Christ, when He will bring final judgment, fully restore the image of God within us, and bring us into eternal life with Him, where we will dwell in His presence forever.

These beliefs represent the essential truths that guide our community. They summarize the core teachings of Scripture and the Christian faith that we hold dear, though they are not an exhaustive list of all that the Bible teaches.
